Support that makes a difference
Fortix is a supported living provider offering accommodation-based support for adults aged 18-65 with complex needs. We empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting dignity, choice, safety, and positive outcomes across all of our services.
Our supported living services provide structured, person-centred support within accommodation settings. We place the individual at the centre of everything we do, working collaboratively with commissioners, social workers, and partner agencies to deliver tailored support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
We specialise in supporting adults with complex and overlapping needs, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, acquired brain injuries, substance misuse, trauma, homelessness, and offending histories. We have successfully supported some of the most difficult-to-place individuals in the country.
