Safeguarding and Reducing Harm
Safeguarding underpins all of our work to carry out safe support services and accommodation for young people and adults and it is of the utmost importance to us that this takes priority within all of our projects.
Our own Safeguarding Young People And Adults Policy offers the framework for our projects, staff teams, and service-users to feel assured that the care and support that is provided will work in a way to reduce the possibility of harm or exploitation wherever possible.
We welcome the addition of any specific local authority frameworks and seek to share information with relevant services on a regular basis in order to create a clear and consistent pathway for reducing and recording any safeguarding risk or concerns, including modern day slavery, coercion, human trafficking and domestic violence.
