About Us
Exceptional support, rooted in dignity
Fortix is a person-centred supported living provider based in Sheffield. We support adults aged 18–65 with complex needs, helping individuals live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, safety, and positive outcomes.
We have experience supporting some of the most difficult-to-place individuals in the country – people with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, neurodiverse conditions, and associated risks. Through structured support, positive risk management, and collaborative multi-agency working, we help individuals develop daily living skills, sustain their accommodation, and achieve their personal goals.

Our Services
What we do
Fortix is a supported living provider specialising in accommodation-based support for adults with complex needs. Our properties are located across Sheffield, Doncaster, Worksop, and Retford, offering a range of housing options to meet individual needs and preferences.
We provide practical, emotional, and outcome-focused support tailored to each person’s assessed needs. This includes daily living support, medication prompts, mental health recovery, positive behaviour support, emotional regulation, budgeting, accommodation sustainment, community integration, and multi-agency working.
We have successfully supported some of the country’s most difficult-to-place individuals, with a strong focus on helping people become stable, manage risk effectively, and move forward at their own pace.
